Pier 1 had gone dark on Meta for most of a year before partnering with Adquadrant in September 2025. Ahead of their first BFCM under our management we rebuilt the account from one broadly targeted campaign into a segmented structure — separate prospecting, retargeting and retention, each built around Advantage+ and informed by first-party CRM data. Rather than hand-picking interest categories, we let Advantage+ find the audience inside each deliberately defined segment. Purchases nearly doubled, revenue grew 60%, and cost per acquisition fell by half — all on less budget than the year before.

Impact
Segmentation did the work that budget usually does. By defining prospecting, retargeting and retention as separate problems and letting Advantage+ solve each one inside its own boundary, Pier 1 bought nearly twice the purchases for half the unit cost — on a smaller budget than the year it had gone dark.
